What We Do

Whatever your technology, computer or IT needs, we have the skills and expertise to handle it.  To get right down to it – we are your IT department.  We understand that many small businesses don’t hire their own internal IT people, so we exist to fill the gap.  Use us as much or as little as you need.  We offer onsite, phone, email and remote support depending on your circumstances.  Our services are billed at hourly rates based on the scope of work, and we operate regular business hours Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm.  Of course, we understand sometimes your technology doesn’t cooperate and you may need after hours care.  Service is available on an emergency basis as well.

Through the years, we’ve realized that many of our clients have needs outside of the traditional IT support we offer routinely.  We have added more nontraditional IT services such as proactive remote monitoring, website development, business development and logo design & branding.
